I want to do a crispr research in Lactic acid bacteria, so I want this plasmid.

It is a very convenient editing platform in Lactobacillus casei. But it seems like a medium-low copy plasmid for extraction.

@ Yes, sometimes you need midi-preparation of pLCNICK for reciept cells of low-transformation effieciency.
