My name is Christopher Denes and I’m a post-doc at the Charles Perkins Centre, University of Sydney, NSW, Australia. I’m working on evolving enzymes and therapeutic proteins for higher efficiencies/specificities/new activities and am keen to evolve base editors and Cas9 constructs for improved performance. The HEK293T expression plasmid for the APOBEC_nCas9_Ung from Zhao et al (pAPOBEC_nCas9_Ung, MC_0101154) is a perfect target for this and I’d like to request this free plasmid for September.
