Team Description
Our Team of 25 students is working on a molecular mechanism that gives crop plants a more natural regulated resistance against fungal, bacterial and viral infections. We designed the mechanism in a way that it should pose no metabolic burden for the crop, and that the resistance cannot be overcome by pathogenic evolution. Our mechanism is low cost and can be used for virtually every crop plant. Thus, we hope to help creating a world with a little less problems caused by hunger.
